Spirituality is my anchor. It’s not about religion but about connecting with my inner self. I start my day with meditation just sitting quietly, focusing on my breath. Even 10 minutes can bring calmness.
Mantras (sacred chants) are like magic words. They help me stay positive. My favorite is "Om Namah Shivaya" it brings peace and strength. I also practice mindfulness, which means staying fully present in whatever I do eating, walking, or talking.
Nature is my temple. A walk in the hills or sitting by a river feels like prayer. Spirituality, for me, is about love, kindness, and seeing the divine in everyone.
